This year our Craft Marquee will be amalgamating with the Cornwall and Devon Food Marquee - Makers and Bakers all under the same roof.
We have availability for 200 traders on the Showfield. An open field site, please bring your own gazebo and book the pitch size that suits you best.
We are delighted to have a great selection of trades, our garden section is increasing.
We are delighted our Agricultural Machinery stands have a strong presence - on their own bespoke row, a great opportunity for visitors to get up close.

Showfield Catering

Catering for our visitors is made by tender.
Applications have now closed for 2026.
Successful applicants will be advised shortly by the Catering Secretary - Mrs Nicola Ridges-Jones

Showfield Trade Stands

We have availability for over 200 Traders.
Pitches are offered in 6m or 8m deep. Frontages available in 3m blocks, so book for what suits you best
Agricultural Displays have their own area offering the deeper space required for the size of the machinery.
Please bring your own gazebo.
We are unable to offer electricity on the showfield, please bring your own silent generator if required.

Visitors have a keen eye for our Westcountry arts and crafts, and our speciallist shopping area never fails to delight. Glass art, woodturning, photography, paintings, health products are just a few of the delightful stands offering their unique and handcrafted collections.

A marquee for food enthusiasts. Bursting with quality produce, all showcasing produce from Cornwall and Devon. With plenty of choice, from cheeses, various alcohols, breads, cakes - enough to make your mouth water.

When can I set up if I am a trader?

Certainly from the day before, occasionally the day before that. Please get in touch for more.

Is there parking?

Yes, our parking is free

Are cash machines available?

Cash is available on the gate entrance from ticket sellers, cards are also widely accepted

Is there wifi at the show?

Wifi will be available! Provided by Cornwall Broadband

Is there a bus service?

Yes, a free bus service to and from Launceston is provided, see the schedule here

Is the Show open to the public?

100% YES, all are welcome
