The Association is proud to have maintained a high proportion of local and particularly agricultural machinery stands. This year there will be over 200 trade stands! Applications will soon be open for our trade stands, Devon and Cornwall Food Marquee, and the Craft Marquee.

Catering

Feeling hungry? Of course we have arranged food for you. Choose from the delights across the Showfield, always looking to provide something for everyone.

Small Business, Art and Craft Marquee

Visitors have a keen eye for our Westcountry arts and crafts, and our speciallist shopping area never fails to delight. Glass art, woodturning, photography, paintings, health products are just a few of the delightful stands offering their unique and handcrafted collections.

Cornwall and Devon Food Marquee

Originally introduced after the Foot and Mouth farming crisis of 2001 the Show introduced a specialist section where small producers within the two counties could showcase their small batch quality fare. This proved an extremely popular area and has grown over the years into a gourmet selection of artisan food and drink products – there’s something for every tastebud!

Outdoor space
In multiples of 3m frontage - 6m depth - £55 (per 3m frontage)
In multiples of 3m frontage - 8m depth - £75 (per 3m frontage)
Larger Machinery Stands - 15m deep – known as Row A – concessionary rates
Small Business, Art and Craft Marquee space - £50 (incl. 2.7m x 1.8m pitch, table, 1 car pass and 2 Adult tickets)
Cornwall and Devon Food Marquee space - £60 (incl. 3m x 3m pitch, table, 1 car pass and 2 Adult tickets)

8.30 am - 6.00 pm

When can I set up if I am a trader?

Certainly from the day before, occasionally the day before that. Please get in touch for more.

Is there parking?

Yes, our parking is free

Are cash machines available?

Cash is available on the gate entrance from ticket sellers, cards are also widely accepted

Is there wifi at the show?

Wifi will be available! Provided by Cornwall Broadband

Is there a bus service?

Yes, a free bus service to and from Launceston is provided, see the schedule here

Is the Show open to the public?

100% YES, all are welcome
