The Launceston Show

Where Town Meets Country - come and enjoy Launceston's best day out for all the family in 2026!
Perfect for anyone aged 18-30 years

Launceston Agricultural Association are offering an amazing opportunity for a Travel Bursary.

The Bursary has boosted the careers of our previous winners.
Do you have a dream? Want it to come true? Why not apply. We would love to see another young person flourish.
Testimonies:
Merryn Philip: the Bursary was a fantastic opportunity for me to pursue my dream of travelling to Canada and learning about their way of agriculture. I can 't put into words how much the trip has taught me, helped me to grow as a person and as an added benefit, have found lifetime friends there. It was a once in a life time experience, all with thanks to Launceston Agricultural Association.
Ruth Wills: (Farmers Weekly journalist) "Thanks to funding from the Launceston Agricultural Association I was able to attend The Challenge of Rural Leadership Course, teaching all aspects of leadership and personal development. Organised by the Rural Business School and Worshipful Company of Farmers, places on this prestigious course are much sought after, seeing people across the UK and abroad all vying for a place. The course teaches all aspects of leadership as well as offering space for personal development, as a result, I have the confidence to grow both professionally and personally.
